Taylor is a NICU RN, and now a coach. Through difficult and emotionally turbulent experience as a Black woman in nursing, she found strength and a newfound passion to coach and lead other Black nurses through their journeys. Together we developed a bold, chic and simple visual presence and identity that connected her empathy and strength to her audience.
